Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day full return right for items purchased in our webshop. Please note that this does not apply to Oracle Decks if the plastic wrapping has been removed.
The period is counted from the day you receive your order.
Return shipping costs are your own responsibility.
You must notify us of your withdrawal no later than 14 days after the purchase, and the item must be returned no later than 14 days after notifying us.
Notification must be sent by email to love@ayinarose.com. In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products.

 

Returns

When returning an item, it is the customer’s responsibility to package it securely. If the item is received in a damaged condition, no refund will be issued.
The customer pays for return shipping, and return packages must be sent to the address below — not to a parcel shop. Remember to include your order number in the package.

Have you changed your mind about a purchase? If so, you can return your order, including the order number. Please make sure the package is properly packed so it arrives intact. We do not accept damaged return items.

Condition of the Item Upon Return

You are only liable for any decrease in the item’s value caused by handling it in ways other than what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function. In other words, you may test the item as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, we consider it “used,” which means that, upon withdrawal, you will only receive a partial refund — or no refund — depending on the product’s commercial value.

To receive a full refund, you must handle the item as you would in a physical store. You may test it, but you must not use it.

 

Digital Products

There is no right of withdrawal or return on digital products, including meditations, courses, guides, workbooks, and similar, as the product is delivered to you immediately after purchase. Once a digital product has been purchased, the payment will be charged to your account within 1–3 days.
You will have access to your digital products as soon as your order is placed and you receive the product link.
Access to purchased courses is available on the course platform for 1 year from the purchase date.

 

Payment

Etelea.com accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, and MobilePay. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped — unless you have purchased a Pre-Order, in which case payment will be charged immediately.

Soulful uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read by others.

 

Delivery

  • Standard orders are processed within 3–4 business days.

  • Pre-ordered items may take longer to ship.

  • Estimated delivery time Denmark: 2–3 business days

  • Estimated delivery time USA: 10–15 business days

  • Estimated delivery time Europe: 7–15 business days

Important: It is your responsibility to track your shipment and ensure you pick up your package on time. If you have not heard from PostNord within 2 days after your package has been shipped, you are always welcome to contact us at love@ayianarose.com and we will help you track it.

 

Complaints

If you receive a damaged product, or a product with defects or faults, please contact us at love@ayianarose.com and we will resolve the matter together.

A 2-year warranty is provided under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship.

The warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product — for example, a dropped crystal. If a crystal falls out of your piece of jewelry, we can only treat it as a warranty case if you still have the crystal.

Etelea will cover reasonable return costs in case of a valid complaint.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery (COD).

Prices

We reserve the right for errors on the website. If a price is obviously incorrect and you reasonably should have noticed it, we are not obligated to deliver the product at the incorrect price.

GDPR / Data Privacy

To complete a purchase with Etelea, we need the following information:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Email

Collecting this information is necessary for us to deliver your goods. These details are registered and stored securely in our system for future purchases. The information provided (name, address, country, phone number, and email) will be shared with PostNord in connection with the shipment of your order.
We do not register any sensitive personal data.

When collecting personal data via our website, we always ensure that it is done with your consent, so you are informed about what data is collected and why.

According to the Data Protection Act, your personal information must be stored securely and confidentially, so we keep it in systems that cannot be accessed by unauthorized persons outside the company.

Cookies

Cookies are small data files stored on your computer or other IT equipment. Cookies make it possible to recognize your IP address and can collect information about which pages you visit and which features you use while on our website.

Cookies are not stored in our systems but locally on your device. Therefore, we cannot delete them for you — you must delete them yourself if you do not wish them to remain.
