1. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship our crystals, oracle decks, sound healing instruments, and books worldwide. 

Regarding shipping prices, the exact cost for your order will be shown before checkout once you enter your address.

Estimated shipping rates:

• Denmark: $7

• Europe: $15 – $20

• USA & Canada: $25

• Rest of the world: $30

Please note: If you live outside of Denmark or Europe, your local customs office may charge VAT, import duties, or handling fees when your package arrives.

2. Can I return my product?

Have you changed your mind about a purchase? If so, you can return your order, including the order number. Please make sure the package is properly packed so it arrives intact. We do not accept damaged return items. When returning an item, it is the customer’s responsibility to package it securely. If the item is received in a damaged condition, no refund will be issued. We accept only return of unopened deck, so if the plastic have been removed, we will not accept return.  The customer pays for return shipping. Once it is returned and inspected, a refund will be issued for the cost of the deck only. 

The customer pays for return shipping, and return packages must be sent to the address below, not to a parcel shop. Remember to include your order number in the package.

Orders are usually processed within 3–4 business days, and delivery times vary by location.
