Processing & Fulfillment Times.
Standard orders are processed within 3 – 4 business days. Regarding shipping prices, you’ll see the exact cost for your order before checkout as soon as you enter your address

2-3 business days.
Estimated delivery time Europe:
7–15 business days
Estimated delivery time USA & Canada:
10–15 business days.
Customs & Import Taxes
If you live outside Denmark and Europe, your local customs office may charge VAT, import duties, or handling fees when your order arrives. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Reach out to us if you’d like help estimating what these extra fees might look like in your country.
For customers within the EU, since we ship from Denmark, there are no extra VAT or customs duties.
Returns & Refunds
Have you changed your mind about a purchase? If so, you can return your order, including the order number. Please make sure the package is properly packed so it arrives intact. We do not accept damaged return items. When returning an item, it is the customer’s responsibility to package it securely. If the item is received in a damaged condition, no refund will be issued. We accept only return of unopened deck, so if the plastic have been removed, we will not accept return. The customer pays for return shipping. Once it is returned and inspected, a refund will be issued for the cost of the deck only.
The customer pays for return shipping, and return packages must be sent to the address below, not to a parcel shop. Remember to include your order number in the package.
